Responsibilities
- Study & review Invitation to Tender (ITT) technical specifications scope of work P&IDs plot plans layouts and project drawings.
- Identify mechanical and piping scope boundaries exclusions and risks within the tender documents.
- Prepare tender clarifications and technical queries where required.
- Verify quantities against engineering drawings isometrics and specifications.
- Develop detailed cost estimates for mechanical and piping installation including:
- Equipment installation
- Piping fabrication and erection
