Mechanical Inspector - Water/Wastewater

As a Mechanical Construction Inspector, you’ll have the chance to work on exciting small, mid, and large-scale water sector infrastructure projects as part of a Capital Improvement Program for major Wastewater Treatment Facility in Lorton, VA. Working with other members of the team, you’ll provide inspection services of the construction and installation activities of various contractors having varying scopes of work that may include installation of buried and exposed piping networks of different sizes and materials and support systems, installation of gates and valves of different sizes and types, demolition and installation of pumps, installation of HVAC systems, ducts, and appurtenances, hydrostatic and pneumatic testing of pipes and fittings, as part of a construction services team.
