• to find the best design and compromise in term of cost saving and respect of contract.
• Follow, coordinate and control the activities of process engineer in accordance with the project requirements, and co-ordinate the technical project activities and the progress of specialist, drawings, as well as the re-examination of design activities;
• Check that the development of the project occurs in compliance with quality system and contractual terms and conditions;
• Check and approve, based on the general project plan, the detailed plan pertaining to the execution of tasks reports;
