2. Clear understanding of limits, fits, and tolerances.
3. Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings.
4. In-depth knowledge of lifting tools and tackles.
5. Basic knowledge of maintenance and assembly of gearboxes, bearings, and couplings.
6. Hands-on experience in alignment of rotary equipment (shaft, motor, pump, gearbox, etc.).
