**_POSITION SUMMARY:_**
The Mechanical Manufacturing Engineer Supervisor leads manufacturing engineering support within the plant and provides technical leadership for production operations. This role drives process stability, quality improvement, throughput optimization, and manufacturability of new and existing boat models.
The Supervisor partners cross-functionally to ensure efficient, repeatable, and scalable manufacturing processes while leading and developing the manufacturing engineering team.
**_ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:_**
+ Provide daily on-floor engineering support to resolve production, quality, safety, and throughput issues.
+ Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to improve process performance and reduce warranty trends.
+ Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, waste reduction, cost control, and quality enhancement.
