Job Description
Responsible to implement, maintain, and improve manufacturing processes as well as to ensure technical availability of equipment in all shifts.
- Aim to achieve Value Stream KPIs such as relative utilization, internal defect cost by continuously improving other supporting KPIs such as FOR and technical downtime.
- New product introduction, equipment and process definition, acquisition, validation, installation on production environment.
- Develop procedures and instructions for technical processes.
- Develop material to train process technicians.
- Develop maintenance plans for equipment focused on preventive, predictive and corrective approaches.
- Align all engineering efforts with the corresponding Value Stream main KPIs.
