The Mechanical Quantity Surveyor is responsible for all quantity commercial and cost-control functions related to mechanical works for a major ADNOC construction project. This includes piping tanks mechanical equipment static/dynamic equipment installation and associated industrial systems. The role requires strong familiarity with ADNOC contractual procedures measurement standards and EPC project documentation.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES- Perform detailed quantity take-offs for mechanical works: Piping (CS SS GRE RTR HDPE) Mechanical equipment installation Tanks vessels skids and package units Valves supports spools and prefabricated assemblies
- Verify quantities against IFC drawings isometrics P&IDs MTOs and site installations.
- Track and maintain quantity logs measurement sheets and client verification records as per ADNOC requirements.
- Prepare monthly payment applications (client & subcontractor) as per approved ADNOC formats.
