Mechanical Service Supervisor

Position Summary

This role supervises an automotive service center, overseeing vehicle reconditioning, repair, and inspection services for commercial and dealer customers. The supervisor will use leadership and operational experience to monitor key performance indicators, support technicians, and ensure financial and quality objectives are met.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor automotive service technicians, apprentices, service advisors, and office administrators.
• Allocate assignments, inspect work quality, and manage team performance.
• Lead by example by performing diagnostics or repairs during peak volumes or when troubleshooting complex issues.
• Serve as the primary technical resource for junior technicians on complex duties.
