Team Size: 25–30 operatives (Plumbing, Ventilation, AC teams)
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Site Manager to oversee the delivery of a £3m building services package on a large commercial project in Bristol City Centre.
You will act as the on-site lead for all mechanical works, coordinating and managing subcontract labour across HVRF, plumbing, ventilation, and associated building services disciplines.
