We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to work on a commercial fit-out project in Birmingham City Centre .
Duties:
- Supervising mechanical works on site
- Managing mechanical subcontractors and labour
Overseeing installation of:
- Air Handling Units (AHUs)
- HVAC systems
- BMS interfaces
- Sprinkler systems
- Kitchen & catering mechanical services
- Ensuring works are delivered safely, on time and to specification
- Coordinating with site management and other trades
Requirements:
- Proven Mechanical Supervisor experience (commercial fit-out)
- SSSTS - essential
- Relevant mechanical trade/supervisory qualifications
- Strong H&S awareness
