Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Non-Working Mechanical Supervisor to oversee and coordinate all mechanical subcontract trades on a large-scale private apartment development comprising 173 beds/apartments. This is a fully site-based role responsible for the day-to-day supervision, coordination, quality control, and progress management of all mechanical installations. The successful candidate will ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with programme and specification requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all mechanical subcontractors on site
• Manage installation activities across multiple mechanical disciplines including:
  • Pipefitting
  • HVAC / ductwork
