Monday to Fridays Days 7.30am to 3.30pm (40 hour week)
We’re on the lookout for a Mechanical Team Leader with real hands-on skill and Team Leading experience in the Rail/Vehicle indsutries
Mechanical Team Leader Role
- Responsible for shift briefs, work allocations, KPI's and monitoring
- Experience in large fitting environments, coach/vehicle builds
- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and schematics
- Using hand and power tools for cutting, folding, and fitting
- Quality checking builds for alignment and accuracy
- Following Health &; Safety procedures and maintaining a safe workspace
