Mechanical Technician

ShaftRise Engineering & Services Pte Ltd is a service provider in marine and industrial repair and precision services. We are seeking a motivated individual to join us as a Mechanical Technician. This is a hands‑on role where you will develop expertise in critical precision measurement and alignment techniques using advanced laser technologies. Under the guidance of senior technicians and surveyors, you will learn how to ensure that industrial equipment and structures meet precise dimensional specifications and operational requirements.

• To support senior surveyors in performing dimensional control surveys, fit‑up inspections, and as‑built surveys on various structures and components (e.g., steel structures, modules, piping).
• To use advanced laser alignment systems (e.g., Fluke, Pruftechnik, Easy Laser) for the precision alignment of rotating machinery (pumps, motors, engine, gearboxes, etc.).
