At Sweat Pants Agency, we are hiring a performance media buyer who can drive growth across Meta and TikTok ads for DTC and ecommerce brands.

This role is for someone who can run paid media and also think like a marketer.

You will build testing roadmaps, guide creative strategy, communicate with clients, and help us scale what works.
