Medical Receptionist Part-Time (25 Hours per Week)

We are a small, friendly EMIS/DOCMAN GP practice located on the south side of Glasgow and are looking to recruit a Part-Time Medical Receptionist to join our welcoming team.

Core hours:
Monday: 2:00 pm 6:00 pm

Tuesday: 1:00 pm 6:00 pm

Wednesday: 9:00 am 6:00 pm

Friday: 9:00 am 6:00 pm
Applicants must also be flexible to provide additional cover for staff sickness and annual leave when required.

Key Responsibilities
Greeting patients and handling enquiries in person and by telephone

Booking and managing appointments

Processing prescriptions and handling medical correspondence

General administrative tasks to support the smooth running of the practice
