Medical Receptionist

Our ideal candidate will have previous Medical Reception experience, although full training will be provided for the right candidate. The position holder will need to be able to handle queries from patients, liaise with other healthcare providers as well as other Practice staff. We are therefore seeking an individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Main duties of the job

Contributing to the smooth running of reception and waiting room

Responsible for providing reception and administration support to the practice ensuring the office runs with a degree of accuracy and efficiency

We are a well established forward thinking GMS practicecomprising 5 GP partners, 1 Advanced Nurse Practitioner Partner, 2 Emergency Care Pratitioner's, 3Practice Nurses, 1 HCA and a phlebotomist supported by an excellent reception/admin team.
