Medical Record Technician

•Compile medical record files and carry out coding of disease diagnoses and other medical procedures to ensure neatness of documentation in order to provide information to relevant departments who need it and process statistical data on patient medical records to be used as basic material for internal and/or external reporting of the Hospital

•Arrange patient medical record files according to a predetermined structure to increase the efficiency of medical services

•Classifying disease diagnoses based on ICD-10, surgical procedures, and medical procedures based on ICD-9CM so that the coding process is in accordance with applicable international standards

•Inputting disease diagnosis codes, surgical procedures and other medical actions into the Hospital information system and/or INA CBG's application so that they can be accessed by departments and/or authorities who need them
