Job Description
- Oversee Sorting Center’s inbound, sort, outbound, and Return to Seller operations KPI / performance
- Initiate improvements to achieve efficiency in operations
- Work closely with SOC Lead in manpower planning and allocation
- Evaluate performance of sub leads and provide feedback and ramp up plan
- Collaborate with SPX Express Operations and Sorting Center Support teams in forecasting volume and maximizing SOC operations
Requirements
- Graduate of any Bachelor’s Degree or higher
- At least 5-8 years relevant experience in warehousing, e-commerce, logistics or related fields
- Experienced in handling volume operations and manpower (direct and 3rd party)
- Critical with KPI and performance monitoring
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledgeable in MS Office and Google Applications
