Membership Manager

Responsibilities

• Prospect and onboard at least 10 new corporate accounts per week (minimum 10 employees per account ).
• Daily outreach: AM – corporate email campaigns; PM – community visits (businesses in Poblacion, hotels, wellness partners ).
• Convert leads, walk-ins, and inquiries into active memberships.
• Build and maintain partnerships with corporate HR, hotels, fitness/wellness groups, and local businesses .
• Conduct on-site activations, wellness demos, and collaborations to expand membership reach.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management .
• Preferably with a background in fitness, wellness, or hospitality industries.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
