As a Mental Health Worker with VCH you will:
Work as part of a multidisciplinary team in a long term care setting with individuals with severe and persistent psychiatric illness living in a licensed group home.
Participate in case planning with clients; interview clients to identify problems and needs and work with clients to determine appropriate care.
Act as an advocate to assist clients in resolving conflicts and other problems with external organizations.
