Duties and responsibilities

Forming secure relationships with the child and doing right by them by encouraging I am who I am

Ensuring a physical, emotional and intellectually safe environment for students.

Application of developmental and educational psychology concepts towards child learning and holistic development of the child.

Detection of learning disabilities, recognizing developmental milestones and any behavioural or cognitive struggle a child might be facing.

Devising and implementing techniques that cater to developing self-expression and emotional wellbeing of the child.

Set challenging but realistic goals keeping the child s abilities in mind and enable the child to strive for their best.
