MEP BIM Project Coordinator

We are looking to onboard a BIM Coordinator – MEPF for a Delhi location project site.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with GC, contractors, vendors, and site teams

- Execute and drive BIM processes at site level

- Support construction and site execution activities through BIM

- Review and validate contractor/shop models

- Develop and manage BIM models from LOD 300 to LOD 500

- Ensure multidisciplinary coordination and clash resolution.

- Maintain model quality, standards, and project deliverables.

Requirements:

- Strong experience in MEPF BIM Coordination.

- Hands-on knowledge of Revit, Navisworks, and BIM workflows.

- Experience in construction support and site coordination.

- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
