The MEP Director oversees the planning, implementation, and tracking of a specific project which has a beginning, an end and specified deliverables. You will manage and supervise, give clear direction, coach and support effectively to reach their full potential; persuade and influence others successfully towards a desired course of action; demonstrate a better perspective and explore innovative approaches.
