MEP Supervisor – Electrical (Conduiting) – High?Rise Residential
Responsible for supervising electrical conduiting, wiring, and related MEP installations in high?rise residential buildings. Ensures work is executed as per drawings, quality standards, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise electrical conduiting and wiring in flats, common areas, shafts, and basements.
Verify correct installation of conduits, junction boxes, fan boxes, cable trays, and earthing routes.
Coordinate with civil, plumbing, fire?fighting, and HVAC teams to avoid routing clashes.
Interpret electrical GFC drawings, layouts, and SLDs, and ensure execution accuracy.
Ensure marking and fixing of conduits before slab casting and blockwork.
Monitor material usage and prevent wastage (conduits, cables, DBs, ...
