Summary
We are seeking an experienced MEP Quantity Surveyor with a background in Construction Contracting MEP Contracts and expertise in post contract activities.
Job Responsibility- Prepare and submit accurate cost estimates and budgets for MEP projects.
- Conduct thorough cost analysis and value engineering to optimize project costs.
- Evaluate and negotiate subcontractor and supplier bids.
