An opportunity has arisen for a Quantity Surveyor to support the delivery of an NEC4-based MEP project in Northamptonshire. Key Responsibilities
* Administer the NEC4 contract in line with project requirements
* Contribute to the preparation of subcontract orders, including terms and conditions
* Lead monthly Cost Value Reconciliation (CVR) meetings and report to Contract Managers
* Assess, value, and agree subcontractor applications
* Issue payment notices in accordance with contractual timelines
