Responsibilities
- Conduct stock-taking activities in stores and support inventory control processes
- Monitor product deliveries from the warehouse to stores, ensuring timely and accurate distribution
- Receive and process stock reports and update inventory data in the system
- Handle product registration and assist with product launch preparations
- Input product and delivery order information into department store sales portals
- Generate sales reports from store sales portals and accurately record data in internal systems
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Merchandising team
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail operations, merchandising support, or administrative roles is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling data
