The Merchandising Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the merchandising team. This role ensures smooth coordination between vendors, merchandising, stores, and accounting to maintain accurate monitoring of payments.
Key Responsibilities
Vendor Support and Payments Monitoring
- Track and monitor vendor payments, debit memos, and RTV (Return to Vendor) deductions.
- Coordinate with vendors on billing concerns, payment schedules, and document requirements.
- Maintain up-to-date records of vendor transactions and support documents.
Administrative Support
- Prepare communication materials, summaries, and reports for internal coordination.
- Support merchandising meetings and activities, including documentation and follow-through on action plans.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and merchandising standards.
