Merchandising Operations Coordinator

Purpose of the Role

McLaren sells a wide range of consumer merchandise and licensed products through authorised resellers, B2B activities and an expanding eComm business. The purpose of this role is to provide day‑to‑day administrative and operational support to the Lead Merchandiser, helping to ensure the smooth running of McLaren's commerce activities across merchandise, licensed products, B2B operations, and eCommerce channels.

The role will support the coordination and execution of key trading and operational activities, including range planning, supplier communication, stock and inventory administration, reporting, and general team organisation. You will assist in maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, tracking actions, and supporting the implementation of processes and best practices across the commerce function.
