The Merchandising Staff supports the Merchandising Manager in executing category strategies to achieve sales, margin, and profitability targets. The role manages product assortments, vendor relations, pricing, promotions, and inventory performance in alignment with corporate strategy and company policies.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Merchandising Staff supports the Merchandising Manager in executing category strategies to achieve sales, margin, and profitability targets. The role manages product assortments, vendor relations, pricing, promotions, and inventory performance in alignment with corporate strategy and company policies.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for assigned merchandising categories.
- Primary focus on LiquorTobacco.
- Scope may expand to other categories based on business needs, including Beauty – Cosmetics and Fragrances; Local Destinations – Food/Candy, Souvenirs, and Ready-to-Wear; Boutiques; Fashion (brand specific)
- Manage assigned category/department product assortments using market trend analysis, while monitoring sales performance, margins, and product mix.
- Develop and grow private label and exclusive product strategies to maximize profit margins and return on investment (ROI).<...
