Responsibilities

Team Introduction: The Global Payment team of ByteDance provides payment solutions—including payment acquisitions, disbursements, transaction monitoring, payment method management, foreign exchange conversion, accounting, reconciliations, and so on—to ensure that our users have a smooth and secure payment experience on ByteDance platforms including TikTok.

We are looking for a highly professional, self‑driven, and data‑driven Merchant Financing Solution Manager to design, launch, and scale financing products that support the growth of merchants across our platform. You will work at the intersection of product, risk, data, operations, and business teams to deliver tailored credit solutions, such as Cash Advance, Term Loan, and Invoice Financing. Your goal is to enhance merchant liquidity, drive user adoption, and ensure sustainable portfolio performance.
