Job Summary
The Merchant Officer is responsible in supporting productivity and profitability of the bank’s cards acquiring business.
Key Responsibilities
- Establishes and continuously develops merchant business relationship
- Monitors and develops key accounts performance in terms of sales volume and profitability
- Ensures satisfactory customer service by meeting clients’ needs and addressing clients’ requests and concerns
- Achieves established individual objectives and targets; consequently, contributes to the Team’s overall objectives and targets
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business
- With at least 4 years of experience in sales and account management preferably gained from banks, fintech, hotel related industries
- Willing to work onsite in Ortigas
