Job ResponsibilitiesEnsure continuous advancement of factory production informatization and stable operation of the MES system, providing 24/7 technical support to guarantee software functionality.Compile issues arising during production, propose temporary and long-term solutions to enhance operational quality; respond promptly to customer and internal requests, engaging throughout the entire process to ensure smooth software implementation and utilization.Conduct periodic user training sessions to improve software proficiency.Position RequirementsEducation/Major: Bachelor's degree or higher; Electronics major preferred.Experience/Skills: Minimum 2 years in consumer electronics industry, with software development or operations experience.
Proficiency in SQL Server/Oracle databases and software development processes.
Strong understanding of C#/.
NET/Java.Personal Qualities: Strong team player with high accountability and willingness to take responsibility.
