Meta Ads Specialist

IncrediPets is hiring a hands-on Meta Ads Specialist to own paid performance end-to-end - someone who can create ad content, run every campaign type (awareness, traffic, engagement, leads, sales/conversions, app), and structure and run continuous tests to find what works. This is a core, do-it-yourself operator role, on-site at our Gurugram office.

Compensation: INR 70,000-80,000 per month.

What you'll do

• Plan, build and run Meta (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns across all objectives
• - Create and iterate ad creative and copy; brief and produce content for tests
• - Design and run A/B and structured experiments (audiences, creative, placements, bidding)
• - Own setup and hygiene: Ads Manager, Business Manager, Pixel/CAPI, Events Manager
• - Track, report and optimise to CAC/ROAS and lead-quality targets
