Mexico Account Representative
While still performing foundational and MX cross-border and intermediate ops tasks, the Account Representative will focus on delivering value to our customers by managing accessorials, awarded lanes, offer management, and striving to increase committed capacity and deliver Operational Excellence through KPI management. You will work with management and your team to facilitate internal QBRs reviewing customer performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and collaborate on how to improve the customer experience. You must be detail-oriented and process-oriented, customer-obsessed, efficient, proactive, solutions-driven, and comfortable with effectively performing operational duties independently, as well as working collaboratively across our different departments.
