The Cross-Border Operations team has three distinct functions that make up different aspects of the overall cross-border service offering that we sell to our customers.
The team is composed of a Client Success Mexico team, a Border Operations team, and a soon-to-be-formed Carrier Success team.
Your responsibility, as the Cross-Border Operations Manager, is to continue leading the Border Operations team and setting them up for sustainability, while also leading the Client Success Mexico team in Guadalajara.
Additionally, you are a key leader within the Cross-Border Operations group and will carry in-office responsibilities of bringing leadership and stability to our growing Guadalajara office.
