MHPSS and Protection Coordinator

Context analysis / Strategy / Development : You participate in the development of the operational strategy in MHPSS and Protection and contribute to the design of new relevant MHPSS and Protection interventions on the mission based on the identified MHPSS and Protection needs in the country, and in line with PUI MHPSS and Protection intervention frameworks. In coordination with the MHPSS and Protection teams in the bases, you monitor MHPSS and Protection activities in the country and analyse their strengths and weaknesses, offer programmatic adjustments in line with the needs, regulations and contextual developments.

Programmes quality: You provide technical support in your field of expertise to the technical and programme teams (Specialists, PMs, Deputies PMs, Supervisors and implementing staff) and ensure the quality and effectiveness of the mission's MHPSS and Protection programmes through field visits, data analysis and regular check ins with the base teams within th...
