Responsibilities
- Performs micro analytical test of finished products and ingredients; at a minimum APC, yeast & mold, and pH testing
- Collects and tests environmental swabs and equipment
- Micro swabs
- Exercise GMP, maintain hygiene, organization and 5S in Micro laboratory
- Monitors and calibrates lab instruments and plant measuring devices
