Responsible for performing routine and specialized physical-chemical or microbiological analysis of raw materials, finished food and beverage products, water, and wastewater as required for acceptance, verification of product parameters, product registration, and monitoring for regulatory compliance; for conducting equipment calibration and method validation; for calculation uncertainty of measurement; for documenting laboratory test methods; and for conducting training related to the field of specialization.
