Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Microsoft CSP Partnership Specialist to manage and optimize our Microsoft partner operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Microsoft Partner Center, CSP licensing models, and incentive programs. This role involves managing customer subscriptions, billing, funding programs, and working closely with Microsoft stakeholders to drive business growth and compliance within the CSP ecosystem. Job Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations on Microsoft Partner Center, including MPN/MCAP, CSP, and Incentives modules.
Handle customer provisioning, license assignments, and subscription lifecycle management.
Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and proposals for Microsoft 365, Azure, Dynamics 365, and Security solutions.
Perform CSP billing reconciliation and support accurate customer invoicing.
Apply for and track Microsoft funding programs such as ECIF, Co-Sell, Azure Migrate & Modernize, and Co-op funds.
