MicroStrategy Developer

This is remote role and candidate can be based out of anywhere in LATAM.

Need to basis within LATAM countries(E.g. Argentina, Peru, Panama, Costa Rica, Mexico etc)

• 8-10 years of experience as a Senior BI Engineer with a specialization in large-scale platform migrations.
• The primary objective of this role is to lead the strategic and technical transition from MicroStrategy to AWS QuickSight .
• The resource will be responsible for reverse-engineering complex legacy architectures and re-platforming them into modern, Gen-BI-ready solutions.
• As this is across-regional role, native-level or professional fluency in both English and Spanish is required.

• Technical Leadership: Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for MicroStrategy architecture, ensuring the stability, scalability, and performance of the enterprise reporting environment.
