Mid-Level Product Ops Analyst

This person will sit at the intersection of Product, Sales, and Operations, contributing to growth, efficiency, and process improvement. What You Will Do In This Role

• Work closely with Product and Go-to-Market teams to understand how Noa is performing and support initiatives to accelerate its adoption in Brazil;
• Participate in the design and execution of experiments (such as A/B tests) to evaluate hypotheses, optimize user adoption, and scale product usage;
• Analyze data and channel performance to identify growth opportunities, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement;
