1. 协助厨师完成菜品的前期准备、摆盘、传菜及出餐协调工作；
2. 负责打荷台区域的清洁卫生与用具归位，确保操作环境符合食品安全规范；
3. 配合厨房团队高效执行出餐流程，保障菜品出品时效与一致性。
1. 具备餐饮行业后厨相关工作经验，熟悉中餐厨房运作流程者优先；
2. 具备基本刀工、食材预处理及摆盘能力，能适应快节奏工作环境；
3. 持有有效健康证明，无传染性疾病，符合国家关于食品从业人员的健康要求；
