Middle School Pastoral Chaplain — Student Support

Catholic Independent Schools in Syston is seeking a full-time Middle School Lay Chaplain to provide pastoral and spiritual support for students in Years 9, 10 and 11. The role involves being a visible presence in the school, coordinating pastoral care, and supporting students and families with early interventions.

The Lay Chaplain will work closely with the College Chaplaincy Team and contribute to various pastoral initiatives, ensuring students are supported in their educational and spiritual journeys. This role requires collaboration with educational staff and engagement with the wider school community.
