About The Role
As a Payroll Migration Officer, you will be responsible for facilitating the end‑to‑end migration process of each corporate client from the manual payroll account opening process or the existing OCRT process to the new digital payroll facility.
How You’ll Contribute
- Conduct client training and orientations to demonstrate system use, address FAQs, communicate detailed migration steps and requirements, and provide support to clients who have additional queries.
- Coordinate closely with internal teams and corporate clients to initiate and complete the migration process, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely activation.
- Monitor and report progress of the full migration plan, together with the Payroll Transformation Team.
- Support the overall goal of driving digital adoption, enhancing client experience, and improving operational efficiency.
