We are seeking a safety-first leader with experience in grinding and flotation operations and proven supervisory experience This role requires relocation to Central BC and offers the chance to lead day-to-day mill operations in a highly professional and well-supported environment

• Supervise crews and enforce safety SOPs and regulatory compliance 


• Coordinate mill operations including resources staffing and equipment 


• Hold safety meetings monitor equipment and complete incident reporting
