Millwright / Industrial Maintenance Mechanic 433a – Straight Shift | OT | Real WorkLocation: Waterdown ONT
Pay: $40-$48/hr + OT + Full Benefits
Shifts: Straight Shifts, no rotation
Days: 6am-2:30pm, Afternoons: 2pm-10:30pm, Nights: 10pm-6:30am Let’s be clear — this is NOT a “stand around and babysit machines” job. If you’re a true maintenance guy who can troubleshoot, tear down, rebuild, and get equipment back online fast, keep reading.

Handling mechanical failures in real time — not just logging tickets
Working on dust collection, air systems, and plant utilities
Swapping out components, aligning, rebuilding, getting lines moving again
