Job Title: Millwright (Open) Job Requisition #: Compliance & Safety (Legal Requirements) Ensure all work is conducted in compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act (85 of 1993) and its regulations. Adhere to lock-out, tag-out, try out (LOTOTO), permit-to-work, confined space, and working-at-heights and live electrical work procedures. Identify and report unsafe conditions, near misses, and incidents in line with company and statutory requirements. Participate in risk assessments, toolbox talks, and safety audits as required by South African safety legislation. Always ensure that the correct Personal Protective Equipment is used as per risk assessments and job standards. Perform statutory inspections on all prescribed and indicated equipment and building structures as indicated by the Maintenance Superintendent.
