PURPOSE OF THE JOB: To support the delivery of the Business Plan parameters through the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives, implementation of best practices and the application of proven technology.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS: Grade 12 or NQF 4 equivalent is essential. Mining/Mining Engineering Degree or NQF 7 equivalent Mine Manager's Certificate of Competency 7 years underground mining experience at a metalliferous mine 5 years Shift Supervisor experience 3 -5 years Mine Overseer experience Minimum 5 years management experience (inclusive of Leading Teams)
