South Deep Gold Mine is recruiting a Mine Overseer to operationalise and execute the safe and efficient delivery of the delegated short‑ and medium‑term production plan. The role is primarily accountable for applying and continuously enhancing safety standards and optimising sectional operational planning, scheduling and execution. The incumbent will investigate and analyse operational deficiencies to co‑design and develop collaborative and innovative solutions that optimise interfaces between operational teams, processes and systems.
